常見問題
1. 配對失敗怎麼辦？
TeraPulse 配對需要 3 個條件同時成立：
- iPhone 藍牙開啟、距離車輛 5 公尺內
- 車子要醒著（剛開過、或人坐在駕駛座）
- 實體 NFC 鑰匙卡（第一次配對需要感應車內中控台）
常見原因：車已睡眠（隔太久沒開）、藍牙範圍超出（地下停車場有死角）、NFC 卡不在身上。
2. 找不到車輛
掃描頁顯示「未發現車輛」或「全部隱藏」訊號弱裝置：
- 確認你坐在車裡或站在車旁 1-3 公尺內
- 把車門打開讓車醒著（哨兵模式不算醒）
- iOS 設定 → TeraPulse → 確認藍牙權限有勾
- 還是不行：點掃描畫面右上角「全部顯示」看完整裝置清單
3. 配對成功但儀表板沒資料
儀表板顯示「-- KM」、時速 0、檔位 P 但車明明在動：
- 這通常是藍牙連線斷掉了。看左上角的指示燈：綠 = 已連線，紅 = 離線
- 離線時點「重新連線」按鈕
- 如果反覆斷線，可能是車輛韌體最近更新後行為改變，請寄信回報並附 iOS 版本 + Tesla 韌體版本
4. 顏色為什麼會變？
儀表板色彩會跟著速度自動變化：
- 0–15 km/h：白色 / 灰色
- 16–70 km/h：綠色（一般行駛）
- 71–100 km/h：黃色（提醒）
- > 100 km/h：紅色（高速）
這是設計，不是 bug。功率條（左側 kW）也會跟著加速 / 回收顏色變動。
5. 多台 Tesla 可以配對嗎？
目前一支手機同時配對一台車。要切換車要先在「設定 → 解除配對」，再重新跑配對流程。
6. 支援哪些車型？
所有有藍牙模組的 Tesla：Model S / 3 / X / Y / Cybertruck（2021 後出廠基本都有）。Roadster 1 跟最早期 Model S/X 沒藍牙模組可能不支援。
7. 跟 Tesla 官方 App 有什麼不同？
差別在「即時性」與「離線」：
- Tesla App 走雲端 API、延遲 5-30 秒、隧道沒網路就斷
- TeraPulse 走藍牙直連、毫秒同步、過隧道照樣跑
- Tesla App 功能完整（解鎖、空調、充電控制），TeraPulse 只做駕駛中儀表板
兩個是互補關係：停車時用 Tesla App、駕駛中用 TeraPulse。

1. Pairing fails — what now?
TeraPulse pairing needs three things at once:
- iPhone Bluetooth on, within 5m of the car
- Car must be awake (just driven, or you're sitting in it)
- Physical NFC keycard (needed only for first-time pairing)
Common causes: car asleep (parked too long), out of Bluetooth range, NFC card not on you.
2. Can't find my car
Scan screen shows "No vehicle found" or hides everything as weak signal:
- Make sure you're inside or within 1-3m of the car
- Open a door to wake the car (sentry mode doesn't count)
- Check iOS Settings → TeraPulse → Bluetooth permission is enabled
- Still nothing: tap "Show all" on the scan screen for the full device list
3. Paired but no data on dashboard
HUD shows "-- KM", speed 0, gear P even though the car is moving:
- Bluetooth connection probably dropped. Check the indicator light: green = connected, red = offline
- Tap "Reconnect" when offline
- If it keeps dropping, your Tesla firmware might have changed behavior recently — please email with your iOS version and Tesla firmware
4. Why does the color change?
The dashboard color shifts with speed automatically:
- 0–15 km/h: white / gray
- 16–70 km/h: green (normal driving)
- 71–100 km/h: amber (caution)
- > 100 km/h: red (fast)
This is by design. The power bar (left, kW) also color-shifts between accel and regen.
5. Can I pair multiple Teslas?
One car at a time per phone. To switch cars, unpair the current one in Settings first.
6. Which models are supported?
All Teslas with a Bluetooth module: Model S / 3 / X / Y / Cybertruck (most 2021+ vehicles). Roadster 1 and earliest Model S/X without Bluetooth may not work.
7. How is this different from the Tesla app?
The difference is real-time and offline:
- Tesla app uses cloud API → 5-30 second latency, breaks in tunnels
- TeraPulse uses Bluetooth direct → millisecond sync, works in tunnels
- Tesla app has full features (unlock, climate, charging control); TeraPulse is just the driving dashboard
They're complementary: Tesla app for parked control, TeraPulse for driving HUD.
